- Day 1: Arrival and concise kick-off (60–90 min), dinner.
- Day 2: Three focused work blocks plus decision block; restorative breaks outdoors.
- Day 3 (until 13:00): 30/60/90-day plan and check-out.

- Day 2: Three focused work blocks plus decision block; restorative breaks outdoors.
- Day 3: Regeneration & integration (e.g., spa rituals, quiet walks, journaling). 18:00–19:30: Structured review & commitments (after results from Day 2 have settled).
