What does a private estate stay include?
A private estate stay includes exclusive use of the entire property for your group (2–8 guests), including:
– Indoor pool
– Outdoor natural swimming pond
– Herbal steam sauna
– Fitness center
– Yoga & meditation room
– Fully equipped kitchen
Daily housekeeping, evening turndown service, concierge support, Wi-Fi, parking, and shuttle service from Graz or Klagenfurt are included.
Are spa treatments included in the overnight rate?
Spa treatments are available as additional services unless part of a structured retreat program.
Are outdoor activities available?
Yes. Guided nature walks, horseback riding, and selected excursions can be arranged upon request.
Is food included during the stay?
Yes. A private chef prepares daily organic, plant-based meals (vegan or vegetarian), seasonal and customizable. Healthy snacks and non-alcoholic beverages are available throughout your stay.
Booking & Cancellation Policies
What deposit is required?
A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance and security deposit are due 60 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation terms vary depending on the type of booking.
Private Estate Stays & Skin Care Retreat Programs
A 50% deposit is required at booking, with the remaining balance due 60 days prior to arrival. A €200 administrative fee applies to all cancellations or changes.
Cancellation terms are as follows:
– 91+ days before arrival: full refund
– 61–90 days before arrival: 25% of the total amount is charged
– 31–60 days before arrival: 50% of the total amount is charged
– 30 days or less before arrival: 100% of the total amount is charged
Day Spa & Individual Treatments
Appointments canceled within 48 hours of the scheduled time are charged in full. Cancellations made earlier than 48 hours incur no fee.
